What I'm working on

I tend to stock pile lots of quilt tops waiting to be quilted, but now that I have my new machine, the quilting has become SO easy that I'm catching up. I'm bound and determined to have all 4 of my sister's kids a quilt for Christmas. My grandmother quilted (hand quilted, bless her heart) her whole life. She's 94 now and doesn't quilt anymore, so I have sort of picked up the torch. I'm just not about to start hand quilting. But here's what I've got going...

This is Moda fabric from a Tula Pink Nest layer cake. Love those bright colors with the white sashing to set them off. It's put on the back burner for quilting until I get the kids Christmas quilts done. This is a pattern I saw when I first started sewing. It's hard to see the fabric or pattern because the sun was SUPER bright. This is from another layer cake. It isn't a fabric I've seen very much, but it was called Panache. I think there is another design called Panache, and I've seen it a lot. This one isn't as common, I don't think. I need to add the border onto this one and then get it quilted. I'd like to find some more of this fabric to put double borders on it, but it isn't easy to come by.
